Thanks for the link. I should note, though, that the raw egg gets cooked by the hot clay bowl thing that it gets served in.

Thanks for the link, i just saw it today. And another thing about the hot clay bowl thingy… scraping out the crispy rice at the bottom of the bowl when you’re done…
