Traffic stats for August

I´ve been very very busy. I´m looking for a new flat and meanwhile staying at a friend´s house. I´ve also been doing the crappy part of an online biz, invoices, taxes, stamps and a big etcetera. I hope to blog during the next week, I will travel to Shanghai and afterwards to San Francisco, and that will be something interesting to write about. In the meantime, I´ll leave you with our traffic stats for August which look very healthy.

ChileHardware had a marginal drop from it´s best month overall, July. Even though August has one more day we couldn´t break July´s record, although we came close. I´m really looking forward to November, during September we have a long vacation in Chile and that means less traffic and less content. But during November all our northern friend should be back to work and our locals too, so it should show some improvement.

TecnoSquad is doing great, because it´s a fairly new website – in three more weeks we will celebrate it´s first year online – it shows great improvements from month to month. We received 139,624 unique visitors, which is quite healthy considering we where offline for a day (we changed our site from MediaTemple to a housing at The Planet). During the last weeks our access times where not too fast, this new housing is serving our site very fast and we hope we can find an improvement in visits. The only thing we are still waiting is the Google Page Rank update which we hope will give us a PR 5.
